McGregor Tan Research is quality accredited (ISO 20252:2012) for the full scope of research and strategy services including customised research for consumer, social and commercial studies, as recognised by the Australian Market and Social Research Society.

In qualitative research and conducting quantitative surveys, McGregor Tan Research prides itself on its commitment to quality staff, processes, and continuous service improvement and technical innovation.

The executive team of consultants are experienced in all facets of qualitative and quantitative research - group moderation, on line surveys, questionnaire and sampling design, survey methodology development, data analysis and report writing. Interviewers are fully trained in-house, and the team includes. CATI (telephone), door-to-door, central location and executive interviewers.

The firm has a its own national proprietary database of over 50,000 people across all walks of life, individually sourced by McGregor Tan, who have expressed an interest in being part of a qualitative research project.
