She has worked in the private and public sector in destination development roles and marketing alike. Her greatest skills are in client liaison,
stakeholder relationships and economic development activities, having a proven track record of initiating projects resulting in increased visitation and yield to a destination.

David O'Dea - General Manager, David has a background in marketing and strategic planning as well as operational management
within the Government and non Government business sectors in Australia and South East Asia. David's knowledge and experience includes industrial marketing,
product and organisational branding, website development and computer software engineering. He has a Bachelor of Computer Science and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting)
from the University of Adelaide and he is a recipient of the Rational Prize for Software Engineering from the University of Adelaide. David has been with the firm for over 10 years.
Zing Hai Tan - Principle Consultant with over 25 years of senior market research experience including education, transport, local government, banking, FMCGs and business services.
Zing Hai's skills are in assisting clients to use market research to its full management capacity tactically and strategically.
Zing Hai was educated at Prince Alfred College (Tennyson Medallist) and Adelaide University (Masters in Urban and Regional Planning).
He is an inaugural graduate of the QPMR (Qualified Practising Market Researcher) program.
Zing Hai is a managing partner of Internet Monkey which works closely with McGregor Tan Research in web based research analytics and website development.
Susan Mattner - Manager Client Services and Operations, liaises with clients in the all aspects of data management.
She has profound knowledge of market research methods and solutions to client needs, having been with McGregor Tan Research since the 1980s.
Susan has developed many of the procedures that form the basis of the firm’s management quality systems. She also manages the company’s extensive online panels.
Alex Bishop – Web and Digital Media Consultant is the firm’s specialist in all matters pertaining to the internet, digital media, search engine marketing research, website development and evaluation.
He heads up the firm’s strategic partner website development and SEO company Internet Monkey.
Alex has a Bachelor of Media from the University of Adelaide, with 5 years of experience in website development and content management.
Vincent Burke - Senior Consultant is a specialist in qualitative and diagnostic research and a highly qualified and experienced executive interviewer. He has a degree in
education from the University of London. Prior to joining the consultancy in 1993, Vincent worked in arts, education and tourism. He was previously Marketing Manager of the Adelaide Festival Centre.
Scott Zarcinas - Qualitative Researcher started out as a medical doctor working in Australia and UK in aged care, occupational health and safety and paediatrics after
graduating from the University of Adelaide in the early 1990s. However his interests turned to researching human behaviour and motivation, and running professional development seminars to
businesses and corporations. As a freelance writer he has been published in the British Medical Journal, The Lancet, and the American Journal of Psychiatry. He brings to market and social
research a profound and fresh understanding of human behaviour in consumer and business environments.
Chris Inglis - Data Coordinator, works closely with Susan and is responsible for data processing, and data collection management,
production of statistical tables, graphing, and preparation of base data reports for analysis. Chris has been with the firm since 2002.
Stephanie Dale – Data Operations Support. Stephanie is an integral member of the data management team,
providing research support and quality control at all stages from data collection, data processing to documentation of outputs.
Sheila Hume – Research Analyst - has a BA in communication and media studies. Sheila first started working with McGregor Tan Research
more than 10 years ago, and provides analytical support and reporting on specific projects.
Catherine Culvenor – Statistician, has a degree in statistics from Australian National University
Barbara Mead who has some 20 years of field experience is the main coordinator involved in scheduling face-to-face, telephone and audit fieldwork,
and has access to team leaders and a team of up to 30 specialist computer assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) staff a national team of over 100 casual field staff.
Toni Horberry, Terri Diglio and Anna Zoina are the dedicated recruiting team who recruit the participants for focus group discussions, screening them
to ensure they meet the specifications for the task at hand.
Sue Hannon - Executive Director provides high level direction and management of all strategic company activities, and has overseen the company's
consistent growth over the last 10 years. Sue has an Arts degree from the University of Adelaide, and has a strong interest in social research including studies of the
education sector and the needs of culturally and linguistically diverse groups.
